RULES & REMINDERS

  1.  Have fun!  We are happy to have you here. :)
  2. This is a working farm and our home.  Please be respectful of the grounds.  We reserve the right to have anyone removed from the property for any reason.
  3. NO SMOKING.
  4. Absolutely no pets except for working service dogs.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
  5. Reminder from above - this is a working farm.  All spaces beyond the you-pick garden are restricted and not open to the public for safety of creatures and humans.
  6. Please keep small children under direct supervision at all times.  NO SNIPS for kids 5 and under.
  7. Snips to cut your flowers and cups to arrange and transport your flowers are provided.  Vases may be available for an additional fee. Please DO NOT use your own snips - it brings in pathogens from your plants and you might take home some from ours.  Our snips are disinfected between patrons to protect people and plants.
  8. Watch your step!  The ground is uneven.
  9. Sensitive skin?  Please bring and wear your own gloves.  Some plants can be irritating to sensitive skin.
  10. We do our best to manage thorny weeds, ants and other biting or stinging insects, but it is the great outdoors, and nature will have her way - please be mindful of your surroundings and plan accordingly if you have allergies.
  11. Report any damage or maintenance concerns.
  12. Restroom facilities are LIMITED.  Please plan accordingly.
  13. Did we mention HAVE FUN?  Any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask!

Cutting Instructions

We want our plants to grow tall and string to keep providing flowers for the season to come!  Here's how to help...

1.  Find a flower just starting to really open
2.  Make sure it has a good long stem and it is nice and strong just behind the head of the flower
3.  Reach well within the plant and cut just above a leaf.

Voila!  Pretty flower, nice long stem for easy arranging, AND you help the plant create more branches for future flowers.  You're the bees knees.  :)
